Our Story

Do you ever feel confused, and perhaps a bit frightened, because every home you encounter looks the same? When visiting a friend, do you sometimes pull into the wrong driveway because his or her house looks just like the one next door? As standardized and unoriginal as the housing market has become, it’s easy to get the sense that you’ve entered a strange dimension where individuality is outlawed.

You’ll be free from such perils in a Facundo Home. We are stridently opposed to cloned houses. While we believe that the style of a home should be respectful of the structures around it, we are committed to the idea that a home should reflect the personality and preferences of its owner. Too many builders assemble fake homes, not real ones. Your home shouldn’t be a hobby kit ordered from a catalog. It’s discouraging that so many houses follow a paint-by-number pattern, leaving no indication of their owners’ identities.

We build no more than ten homes a year, ensuring that no detail is overlooked, and we work closely with each buyer to meet his or her specifications. When you purchase a Facundo Home, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the building process, and you’ll be welcome to visit the site of your home whenever you wish. With the exception of one, all of our buyers are still living in the homes we built for them, a rare condition in today’s fluctuating housing market and a testament to our customers’ complete satisfaction with their homes.

After gaining decades of experience in the construction industry, Miguel Facundo established Facundo Home Builders, Inc. with a singular aim: to build the highest-caliber homes attainable while employing the best construction methods and materials in the industry. Our commitment to that goal has provided us with an abundance of satisfied clients. We hope you are soon among them. – Miguel Facundo
